You run it and it watches where your pc actually goes to even when your playing a funny wmv file or whatever. THen you paste that into download accerlator and away you go.

URL Helper into search box

Download
You may have to 'purchase it' nudge nudge to get it working fully.

You then run URL Helper. HIt 'select adapter' and select your network card that is connected to the intranet.

Then hit 'start'

Then goto the page you want the video from and hit the asx link. Then alt tab back over to url helper and watch where windows media player actually goes to retrieve the file. I know this works with mms streams and also works as a way around crafty tvs clever little javascript encoding job because it reveals the true location of the media file.

As a download manager I suggest star downloader (if your using IE). If your using firefox then give DownThemAll a try.
