Is it just me, or does this:

In both cases:
Weapon procured in a dodgy fasion, arms dealer sells weapon and weapon shipped from Russia to Baltimore docks in the US, weapon intended for use on US soil, maybe against the president.
Co-incidence, or is Tom Clancy psychic?
