dunno about other alliances, but last i head ely bcs don't get to see the members list, they're just told what planets are under attack

what does a bc need a members list for?

tbh I think access levels need to be more adjustable, some alliances dont want BC's to see memberlist some do and some alliance want members to be able to see the defence calls made while others dont. It should be upto the alliance hc to decide just like the arbiter access is

well i am a recuitment officer of SWaRM and have been given the BC rank for the in-game site. But i need to see the members list to keep track of recruits etc

there perhaps shoudl be an intermediate level that can see th ememebr list but not adjust things on it

Just allowing levels to be customised by the HC would do the job, plus allowing to name your own custom membership levels would be handy also. The more it can be customised like that to fit into the alliances structure the better rather than forcing alliance to fit in to how the coders feel an alliance should be structured
