[]LCH[] Recruiting

Moving in to round 13 the []LCH[] HC have decided to open recruitment to PA
players, young (mature attitude needed) and old, new and core players are all
welcome.

What we offer.

. Experienced HC and officers.
. A full working alliance structure, ie. Our battle plans, defense and
attack strategies are proved over many rounds. And we have a solid HC and
officers structure.
. full tech. structure including private web server and private irc
server, alliance tools are also in place.
. And last but not least, a fun, hard playing community.

What we ask and expect from members

. First and foremost the desire to do well in PA.
what you don’t know we can teach you (if you know things we don’t know,
we are willing to learn too).
. The ability to put your alliance, and therefore your alliance mates
first, before your own personal game.
. Good “online time” and a good general attitude towards PA and the PA
community are really all that’s needed, the rest comes by itself.

If the above information has made you curious, if you are looking for a new
expierence of alliance life in PA. Or if you would just like to inform
yourself more, then come to our irc channel #lch on the NG irc server
(irc.netgamers.org), hang in the chan and chat with our members or contact a
HC member for detailed questions.

Anyway, back on topic, LCH are a good alliance, as its been proved by their usual place in the top 3 of the rankings, and its full of friendly people who are more than willing to teach you the ins and outs of the game.

i got to know lch as kinda "untouchable" alliance just like 1up.
for comin into there you have to be a.) very good and b.) have a name or at least know many ppl.

this thread scares me... you takin everybody just means that you a.) lost loads of your good old core members or b.) are so much afraid of other (new?) alliances and lost all your self-confidence.

I can't speak as a LCH representative [just a member from round 4 till 12 ^_^], but LCH has always had an open recruitment programme. There are very good players in there, but there is always space for improvement with everyone. LCH likes to take people in and show them how the game runs, and give them a friendly alliance experience. Isn't that what people wanted? Bigger alliances taking in new players to show them a new side to the game instead of bashing them senseless?
