Definition of a word
And the word is "huff".

Person A has pissed off person B.

Person B decides not to go out of there way to talk to person A.

Person B is still civil to person A.

Is person B in a "huff"?

To my mind being in a "huff" involves a petulant nature (ie totally ignoring the person and generally being uncivil etc).

Anyways just wanted to know other people's opinions.

I'd say it was pretty synonymous with sulking and it doesn't sound like B is*.
