great album, definitely their best. and its got the most rocking closing track to any album... ever! 'P.C.P'

went to see them in cardiff in december for the last gig of the tour and was very happy they played she is suffering (apparently as a thank you to a group of fans in the audience who had been to every date on the tour. ) which is just behind motorcycle emptiness in my list of best manics songs

Holy Bible is Wondiferous, and it went downhill from there really. Still waaaay above most modern "music", but Everything Must Go, and This is my Truth.... pale in comparison. And Know Your Enemy is just pants- too many of those Cuban cigars methinks.
Its hard to see though, why the only track that made it onto Forever Delayed from HB was PCP, in my mind one of the worst on the album. Though i suppose it is least-depressing of the lot...yes, that would account for it.
The supposed "Best of" though was, in my opinion, nothing of the sort. Archives of Pain, at least, should have made it on, if not others from the album....but thats commercialism for you, people would rather not hear about serial-killers, suicidal anorexics and the like when they can have the more mellow-rock the previous and later albums brought with them.

No i like most stuff they have ever done i admit that the last two albums (ignoring forever delayed - not really an album more a compilation) are imo the worst, and am not at all keen on Know Your Enemy(the manics album) at all.
It was just the point that if you had heard any of the first three albums you would't say they were manufactured.

Manics r bloody awesome, my m8's were always going on about manics, manics this manics that, so i eventually started listening and to my amazement, they were ****ing awesome, so i rapidly downloaded loads of their tracks, now i have bought all the albums and seen then in Glasgow in December.

The Manics gig as the best ever gig of my life and i nearly never went!! there was only seating tix left, but luckily a college m8 was going so he got me and a m8 into standing, started of brilliant, ended fantasticly although i was rather pissed off at the review it got in a mag i read, the critic imo made everythign up that was bad about it. U have never been to a concert until u have saw the manics live!!!

But then...i am going to see RHCP and the Foo's on the same day, so maybe it is beatable

My advice to u all is go d/l every track u can get ur hands on and buy all the albums including greatest hits

Oh and btw did u really have to correct the name of the ifwhiteamericatoldthetruthforonedayitsworldwouldfallapart cos correcting something someone else says liek that is bound to piss them off and it just says 'i know more than u' by correcting them...fud!

Oh and btw, the remix cd on the greatest hits sucked!!! i only liked the Stealth Sonic Orchestra remix's cos they kept the actual James Dean Bradfield singing part in it, the use of pianos, violins etc imo i find very relaxing to listen to along with the lyrics

I think you mean 'by the way', 'you', 'beceause', 'like', 'I', 'you' again, and I don't have any idea what 'fud' is supposed to mean.

In addition, the management do not condone 'illegal' downloading, and want to complain about the speeds on KaZaa being bloody slow and really should use DC or something similar but can't be bothered to switch.
