I suppose I'm going to have to justify a couple things there...
The top 4 won't change as far as I'm concerned, Man U have made some good signings and Chelsea have been dormant and look less than inspiring, so I believe Man U will win the league. Liverpool will come a very close 3rd making it a 3 horse race i think, as they have made some excellent signings.
arsenal will do ok, not too well, but hang onto their champions league spot thorugh stubbornness. newcastle have a good manager and a good side combined with a fit owen will almost feel like another 'new signing' - and i think it's their time to return to europe. the race for 4th will probably be more interesting than the race for 1st i think as you have arsenal tottenham newcastle and everton all vying for it, but i dont think tottenham will get their 3rd 4th in a row. I say 5th.
In the relegation battle i think keane will do sunderland proud (so i doubt they'll be involved), and west ham will have a much better season. biggest shock will be derby - despite what everyone else thinks i believe that derby will somehow scrape their way our of the relegation zone - maybe on the last day after a dogged season but billy davies does not like losing (which will result in him saving the club, or leaving them when the first prem job vacancy appears) - if the latter derby go down, if not i think he can save them.
goodbye to wigan and fulham, and brum will go back down again with an uninspiring innings i think.

so yeah, the things which i guess people will have a hard time seeing might be the race for 1st (Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool), 4th (Arsenal, Newcastle, Tottenham, Everton), and Derby's survival in the relegation battle.

Everything inbetween is purely incidental.
