If this is the case, then it's p3n's own fault as the threat of Ult/Bows should've addressed sooner rather than letting them grow so exponentially. There's just no balls left in this game anymore. I kind of understand CT's position and it's expected that p3n won't do anything as their trait is to back down after 1-2 days of some heat.

tbfh, untill recently p3nguins was BowS top hostile, even though we have been NAPed with em since pt400 basicly.
And seeing Ult is hitting p3ng now id say that they prolly were the only alliance taking up a fight with the Ult/BowS/VGN juggernaut
