Signings are now closed, the tournament will begin now with a single introductory round designed as a warmup to get those political juices flowing. Since we have had no additional signups your game types stand as the dice decided yesterday.
Following this post will be two more posts by myself, covering the setup and ruleset of the first scenario for groups one and two respectively.
