It's not actually a big deal though, is it? I mean a significant block is capable of sending 300+ fleets at a target if it's feeling motivated, and we've had block wars all round. Most rounds, even. One night of that to knock Raul off #1 isn't exactly a massive overreaction to FL fencing the round away.
