I recommend no-one to consider tieing up the starts of their round with this "new" alliance.
This guy has been doing this every other round for the last two years basicly, and his alliances usualy dont make it half way through the round before they are disbanding.
Wether its Immortals, Illuminaty, Black-Widows, Illumination or what ever name he has come up with, the story stays the same.

Stay away.
