When you have to rely on either EMP (vs just Fi, so you'll need to split) or a ship that fires after a 111% efficiency cloaked ship, I'd say you're at least a little weak to fi/co. That's not to say zik/xan/cat are any better though, Beetles will be in high demand this round, being Cath gives you a slight advantage in needing 2+ fleets to get hit by, and requiring fewer defense fleets.
