Well I disagree with that: Last round was excellent politically, it just didn't have a satisfying outcome. There's nothing wrong with blocking in itself. Ultores are doing the right thing, because it's less likely that someone will help out Spore, than Spore helping someone else out. And had Ultores defeated CT last round, it would probably have been game over.
