Now I don't have a paypal account.... I dread to think what information that link is after
That would be phishing. Now bearing in mind we should all be getting at least one a day of those advising us our security details have been compromised at <insert well known bank here>, regardless of whether we hold an account there, 99% of people should now know to ignore those.
