I'm afraid that says more about why you should never be given mod powers than it does about the current mods or the system. I've neg-repped mods (well, Kura) and haven't been cast into the outer darkness. Actually, I suppose GD could be considered the outer darkness, so maybe make that 'cast into the inner light'--but I digress.

One change I would like to see would be a way to leave a neutral (neither red nor green) comment for those minor nitpicks that aren't worth a followup or a rep change, but it's no big deal.
