Update: Added in Upgrade Bonus.
Its abit buggy for constructions at the moment, as the infra-capped code is interfering with it. Will try and fix that by tomorrow if i get time, although i dont really know many people who use the construction upgrade bonus.. Its always research 
Edit: Upgrade bonus is bugged, ignore it at the moment. (Startup Bonus works fine)
