He actual aint that bad when he can challenge his entusiams the right way.
The only way to being able to judge ones HC abilties is when you HC alongside them.
The invisible HC "duties" normaly is much more important and time consuming than the visible ones.
For me a good leader is able to accept that he does something wrong or did rash and longtermwise stupid choices. His ego dosnt overgo his ability to be rational
