Isil is done with his stats, and im only looking on tuning around eff a little more if needed, and change small things like switching some of the T1 BS/T2 CR to T1 CR/T2 BS perhaps, it will only take an hour to do.
Lets just let MORPH finish his, and then when we decide on a stats we are landing on
