I think the whole english team is iverrated tbh. True, you have one of the best leagues in the world but there is no team playing decent if it werenot for the foreign players you have. Lets face it, just about every goal or record is set and made by foreign players in the premierleague. So to expect the english team to do well because you have such a great competition is wishfull thinking
