...with any person who was in the 12 months prior to such termination a member of Planetarion's Development & Support staff." It doesn't seem to place any full restriction on doing anything Planetarion like, it seems fairly specific that it's about Planetarion staff and not a vague restriction.
Hence the original question. It doesn't appear to be a restriction on working with anyone, just Planetarion staff?
