Well im pretty sure that most of p3ngs fleet has been aimed at the top5 alliances this round.
Id be surprised if ND/CT/HR/VGN/Illumination has had 300+ fleets from p3ng?
Maybe hitting BowS and Norse cant be called hitting up, but both has been pretty fat and close in rankigns with p3ng during the whole round.
