Not correct. Donating 3 mil, if there is 24 mil, works fine. See my post leshy, I was suprised back then.. I never used the "cheat" remember that!

But still had over 25 mil in my fund. This happens to almost every galaxy. Cause not many ppl will donate exact ammounts.
