Agreed this is one of the biggest problems with PA that needed to be fixed 10 years ago.

Fleet leaks leads to multiple problems that I think have shrunk PA in the long term: dismotivation among loyal ally players, many close clicks that spread out and subvert allies for their own gain etc

CBA/Cheat gals winning so much is the symptom of this problem.

Clicks are obviously bad ally players but it's good for P-rank and Gal-rank.

Whatever solution is easier to program should be implemented asap, either a basic log that shows fleet views or a mail as Caj suggests. The easiest solution should be implemented due to lack of PA development focus and time(I don't blame unpaid PA crew for this, I blame the owners).
