Alliance name was created end of June.
UD post was created 8th July, and at the time of the complaint had 0 likes and 0 dislikes.
UD also says things such as "Whale Punch" is the same as a Donkey Punch.
None of our command and none of the members had mentioned it was linked to Donkey Punch.

Personally I think this is nonsense and there is nothing in the EULA about alliance names. Anyone can make an UD post about anything they want as long as it isnt racist (which is another thing that was mentioned the name was).

As for the person who it is I won't say who it is on the forums but my tongue may be looser on IRC.
