I'm sure the Norwegian charter-tourists still trapped down in south-Lebanon are extremely dangerous. I mean, it isn't like somebody bombed all the main-roads making it next to impossible to extract people safely. They clearly decided to stay there hiding in their hotels with their children to spite Israel.
Take a vacation in a war-zone, and you deserve what you get!
