So youre saying that people should shut the hell up and just act/look the way that their race is expected to act/look?

Also, what is ''trying to be white'? The only time Ive ever heard that term, its been in the context of ghetto black people using it against other black people who aspire to get out of the gutter, or break racial solidarity, perhaps by doing well in school, trying to get a good job, and so on. Is Colin Powell an example of a black man trying to be white?
