As an addition, its ridiculous to blow good stuff from the universe, that we should be spending time to steal. You neither have to research a thing for this ridiculous feature.

I like the additional intel features, I would re-think the whole thing. It would be best in additional xp, that gets turned to funds same as attacking. (As xp should be.)
