The abilities that each had allowed us to do that specific job (for example planning attacks as MOW) and it showed that you were the one responsible for that. Egos had nothing to do with the benefits to the gal, our egos didn't need massaging, but we were new to the game and didn't know how it worked and how to play it. This helped to teach us and helped to get us involved by giving each of us a purpose and getting us actively involved within the galaxy.

And it was impossible to plan attacks without being MoW? Or being a MoW was essential in giving you a purpose?
