If that were true, he (talking about #5 as he initiates the most) wouldn't be on 1mil value right now (300 roids would have given 900k value this far in the round). While you're right that of the roids you initiate you only lose a percentage, if he initiated up from 101 to 751 and gets roided down to 237 he may still have 136 of the 650 roids he initiated, but he would have had a lot more resources if he had simply gone to 300 at most, with likely fewer than 5 waves of incoming.

You can claim he couldn't have foreseen he would lose them all, or that the onus is on the MH to prove it (which would be true the first few times it happens), but you and I both know they're not that naive.
