Note that "cost increased/decreased" means all related stats were also changed, unless noted otherwise.

Things to do:

- Play around with Bcalcs and tweak efficiencies.
- Determine stats of SKs (and how many you lose per structure destroyed)
- Doublecheck EMP interaction
