On the merits of tonight's win against Ajax, Eboue isn't a good enough midfielder to deserve a place in the first team. Unfortunately he's a true wing-back - great going forward for a full-back, but not a good enough passer to be a winger. He was a **** tonight too, he should have been sent off along with Vermaelen and Heitinga in what was an appallingly refereed match. The Ajax defence kicked seven bells out of Van Persie and Hleb in particular, and while the referee was happy to blow for the foul he consistently refused to send players off or tell teams to substitute players to avoid red cards. It won't suprise anyone that Flamini, Eboue and Van Persie ended up responding in kind, with the latter two the closest to being sent off on the Arsenal side.
