i would still recommend budapest over prague because i found prague to be slightly more touristy and you are more likely to run into drunked english dickheads. however im not sure a budget airline flies direct to budapest so you may be better off with prague
(although croatia is still a better choice if you want a more relaxing holiday or if you want to be near the coast - dubrovnik is one of the acest cities in the world
