I vote for Cypher.

He has been here many rounds and everyone knows him.
I vote him because no matter what, (unless its speed and hes scared) he is always up for alaugh to make the game more interesting, something that a pa celeb should do.

On a sidenote, what exactly is a pa celeb? Someone who everyone knows? someone who everyone likes, or just a simple popularity contest.
And shouldn't ppl voted be ones who wree around for a certain percentage of the games history, rather than just those around at the beginning, that are being voted?
