I doubt that any multivitamins are bad for you. At worst, they'll be a placebo that you've wasted 10p on.

Surely if they were a huge massive scam then someone would have investigated properly by now? I know that's a terrible way to look at it (relying on others to do the research) but if there was quantifiable evidence to show that it's all baloney I'm sure it would have emerged by now.
