You're disagreeing with yourself. First you say you're not responsible, because it's alliance HCs who decide if you get defended from a retal or not. Then you say it's your own fault, because if you really didn't want to get roided, you could leave your alliance, thereby implying that not doing so makes one guilty of farming.

You're making it seem as if we have some kind of secret agenda. This thread is not about whether person X or Y is guilty or not, it's about the fact that the current rules are either hard to enforce, or are not being enforced correctly. The two examples Keiz gave are just that, examples. Therefore your comments are just useless babbeling. But feel free to discuss the conspiracy further in
that other thread.
