EMP eff isnt that bad.
I think the biggest issue is that very very few people went for FI/FR/DE, wich in return makes the stats very silly with the amount of cats right now.
We want roid diversity, not neccesary the race diversity, and the fact that cath is the bread and butter in the two, by far, most popular race strats this round is the reason why its looking wierd.
