Just because someone else at some point got away with (speculation) cheating, doesnt mean anyone speaking up against the cheating now has some personal grudge with benneh.
Or that the cheating now shouldn't be punished.
Sure maybe the other guys in benneh's BP didnt tell him about their plans to constantly init roids and attract incs and he was just trying to see how many MC he could build, then noticed all the incs and tried to help best he could by sending 1 ship to defend. And he accidently also named his planet to fit with what he's doing during this round, but he had no idea they were planning to cheat this way.
So maybe theres no proof to close benneh, but surely theres enough proof to close the others and take away the gains he got from their cheating?
Similar to how they take away stolen ships if some random planet logs in a few times to build ships and 'crashed' them on an attack he had 0% chance of landing.
It's tough to proof there the target had any say or control over the guy giving him his ships, so I can understand they cant close him, like they cant close Benneh, but by taking away the gains of the cheating, you try to discourage it best you can, and make sure it doesnt have a big impact on the round.
