The formal agreement was that all Vision planets in Apprime gals would not get any incs. So what if we used 60
launches on him, that was because he was a fat target in a galraid, and we could not deny our members a chance to roid him if they wanted to.
edit: if we wanted to roid dimentus we would have roided him instead of [nitz] DUH.
