Do you think big MMO's have indisputable proof for every farm-bot they close? Those people could just be running that route you know. They close it because they are pretty sure it's cheating. That should (and used to be) enough in pa as well.

This means Ace needs to be booted and another team needs to be put in place. Mh's should have the final say in the closures, not the planets being closed.
