Most of it is useless information for the normal person... you just need to look at the completion ticks for your research/construction.
However, its got the information for each tick, as well as changing population for each tick in there.. for the more detailed person 
I'm working on a much simplier tickplan creator, which puts all the relevent information in a better way but its reached afew hiccups
