Its no rules against coordinated farming. The only thing that can get you closed is if you agree on it in ingame mail.
Its a community problem, and only the community can do anything about it.
If you report things like this to the MHs, they will simply just ban you from their channels eventualy.
XP farming/roid farming/ship farming/etc has been going on within Infidels/Future/Nelito groups for ages, yet Apprime has been working with them all round up untill when they had their hands free to go kill them?
As RexDrax pointed out it seems like certain alliances only take a stand against cheating when it suits them.
