What you have to do is:

Set your mate up with the girl you fancy. Get him to share a bed with her. No sex obviously. Make him hog the entire bed all the time, kick her in the face etc. Then he dumps her. He does all this because you are paying him. Then you move in. Having experienced what it's like when someone else hogs the bed, she'll be very considerate of your space.

Of course, this all fall apart if you either have no friends, or have no money.
