well, they cannot even work out how to issue their subpoena's properly

i think if they ever manage to get any of these cases to court, they are probably going to manage to get their case thrown out or something

(as an aside, well done MIT and boston for sticking up for your students! unlike the dastardly Loyola University Chicago, who's lecturers deserve to burn in hell for what they have done!
