1up had 2 closures that I know of. Both members were instantly booted. They were however allowed to return when multihunters reopened the planets. Most alliances have had closures this round, and a lot of the closures have been very suspect. I don't doubt this applied to some exilition closed, however I do very much doubt it applied to all closed exilition.
