General hint: say please and thank you a lot. The British expect this on receiving change, bumping into someone, etc, etc, etc...

Clubs, bars, cafes: You go to the bar to order, except in some continental themed bars, and in which case they'll tell you so.

If you're going to London bare in mind it's quite different from the rest of the UK.
