These alliances, while complaining, perhaps should be more pro-active. If Exilition are as 'active' as they claim to be, they could simply choose to pick a proportion of suspicious Exilition galaxies, and have them monitored day in day out by pa team. Their role would be to up their dedication, make sure these planets have no more than 40 minutes sleep at any time (and to stick to only those targets), and if they're that dedicated, they'll be unable to play in a matter of days or they'll be caught in some shape or form. Even if you don't catch anyone, you've ensured that 100 individuals have had a miserable time of it physically for days on end, so they might quit in anycase if they're that bothered about winning.
