And that's exactly why I gave Phil a hard time in r10 with all my bitching and complaining about the way multihunters work and how accused pple get dealt with.
In most legal systems you're innocent till proven guilty. In PA ,when accused, you're guilty unless proven innocent. And as JBG posted elsewhere, it's easier to prove someone IS doing something wrong then for that person to proven he's NOT doing anything wrong ...
