I proposed this years ago: A small comment-box of 10 to 15 characters next to each incomming fleet. Such would allow gal DCs to manage the incomming 1M times more efficiently that editing and reediting and... the overview. cmmm!! In this day and age it surely can be done. (is not 7 years ago)
