They are far too strong vs De now. If they had 300-400 dmg eff you would still see xan def accounts with them. At 500 they kill almost 100% in value and no way to counter them.

I'm inclined to agree with this.
Also, I agree with the Cath emp efficiency being far too low - especially when considering they have to build 4 ships to cover all classes when building an attack fleet.
