I completely disagree.

If you can't handle the stresses of being a HC, you shouldn't be HC in the first place. If you join an alliance, especially one with the reputation and background that Angels have, you're hitching your colours to that mast. If that mast falls, you fall, and it's not for PA Team to come in and rescue you from your own choice.

If alliances were mandatory and you were forced into a specific one, then perhaps this would be a good idea. But while people choose which alliance to be in (or not), then PA Team shouldn't be getting involved.
